As a senior designer at Vahan, I played important role in revamping the home screen, rate cards, and cashout flow of the Mitra mobile application. I also led the design for the Mitra Pay Later feature, the onboarding flow, and the SOS feature, while conducting user testing sessions with riders and engaging with the riders committee to better understand their behavior. Working closely with the development team, I ensured a smooth and cohesive user experience that aligned with the app's brand identity and values.
