The Design
In this design, we tackled the initial stage by simplifying the rate card in a more detailed manner. This allows for clear visibility of the pay value at each stage. Additionally, we provided two entry points for accessing the rate card, one from the home screen and another from the menu screen.

Ongoing screen anatomy

Problem
The challenge was to incorporate a screen that showcases the item order history at each stage while also providing the capability to add new items.
Solution
After placing the first order at the restaurant for dine-in, we introduced a secondary home screen that remains until the order is completed. To provide a familiar experience, we implemented a chat-inspired mobile interface, leveraging its widespread user recognition. This eliminated the need for customers to learn a new flow. Additionally, the screen allows customers to conveniently add new items at any time and displays timestamps for items added by both the customer and the restaurant.

The Prototype
To gather feedback from riders, we created a prototype encompassing the entire flow and introduced the feature to six different riders who were actively working with various vendors.
